Return & Exchange Policy

At Offside, we are committed to delivering quality products that meet your expectations. Each order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

A product may be considered defective if it has a manufacturing issue, such as:

  • Significant stitching or construction defects

  • Printing or sublimation defects

  • Major damage present when the order is received

  • Any other manufacturing defect that makes the product unsuitable for normal use

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The defect must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging and tags should be retained where possible.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  • Offside reserves the right to assess the reported issue before approving a return.

How to Request a Return

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the defect

  3. Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  4. Your contact details

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Approved Returns

Once the product is received and inspected, if the defect is confirmed, Offside may provide a replacement of the defective product, subject to availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Reasons

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Preference for a different color or design

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper washing, handling, or use

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Important

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Any defect should be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Offside reserves the right to reject return requests where the reported issue does not qualify as a manufacturing defect or where the return conditions have not been met.
